This is an 8-week plan designed for men and women who are hoping to increase and sustain mobility, energy, and general fitness while losing weight. This total body plan blends weightlifting, high-intensity interval training, and cardio work. This is a 4 day a week, gym-based workout using machines and cardio equipment.
