This is an 8-week plan designed for men and women who are hoping to increase and sustain mobility, energy, and general fitness while losing weight. This total body plan blends weightlifting, high-intensity interval training, and cardio work. This is a 4 day a week, gym-based workout using machines and cardio equipment. (This can be modified to a 3-day or 5-day plan by request.) Level: Intermediate

The "Traveler" Core HIIT

Get ready to blast some calories! This is a single, video-led high-intensity interval workout designed for the home or the road. There are 4 circuits in this workout led by one of our ISSA trainers. Each circuit has a 60-second combo cardio move, a 45-second core move, and a 30-second ALL-OUT EFFORT move. We repeat each block 3 times. No need for any equipment. Just your body weight, a sweat towel, and some water to stay hydrated. Warm-up and stretch are all included so just hit start and follow along when ready to go. This is a one-time purchase workout that will be available to you for 12 months.
